Special Occasion Exotic Car Rental Checklist
For a special occasion — a wedding, birthday, proposal or anniversary — confirm six things when you book an exotic car in Sarasota: the exact car, the date and time window, the delivery address, who will drive, the deposit and the return plan. Book early for popular dates, since the car you want is the car that has to be free. Here is the checklist we use when you call 305-803-0957.
What to know
- Pick the car for the moment: the Rolls-Royce Dawn ($999/day) or Corvette C8 Convertible ($399/day) for open-top photos, the Cullinan ($1,499/day) for arrivals, the Urus ($1,199/day) for groups
- Choose the format: a 4-hour block (from $200 to $599 depending on the car) suits a ceremony, dinner or photoshoot, while a full day suits a weekend celebration
- Lock the date early for popular weekends and holidays, and confirm the delivery time with a buffer before the event
- Confirm the delivery address and any access details such as gate codes, hotel valet or venue arrangements
- Decide who drives: additional drivers can typically be added if they meet the same age, license and insurance requirements
- Plan the deposit and insurance ahead so handover is quick: a credit card in the renter's name and your insurance details
- Plan the return so it does not cut into the celebration, and tell us where and when you want the car collected
