Sarasota Wedding Car Rental: Timeline & Planning Checklist

Wedding car bookings are the single largest category of events we handle in Sarasota, and the weddings that go smoothly almost always share the same planning sequence. Here's the checklist version.

1. Lock your venue and timeline first

Book the car after your ceremony time and venue address are confirmed, not before. Delivery timing depends on both — arriving too early means the car sits waiting (fine, but unnecessary); arriving late is the one mistake that actually causes stress on the day.

2. Loop in your planner or coordinator

If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, give them our number directly. We'd rather confirm delivery windows with the person managing the timeline than play phone tag with the couple on the morning of the wedding.

3. Decide: arrival only, or arrival and send-off

Some couples book the car for the ceremony arrival only; others want it back for photos or a champagne send-off at the reception. Either works, but decide early — it affects whether we deliver once or coordinate two separate windows.

4. Pick the car based on the photos you want

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Dawn are our most-booked wedding vehicles because they photograph well from any angle and have doors that open dramatically for arrival shots. If you want a specific look — convertible for a beach wedding, SUV presence for a formal venue — mention it when you call.

5. Book 4-6 weeks out for weekend dates

Sarasota wedding season (fall through spring) books up on weekends. If your date is a Saturday in peak season, call as soon as your venue and timeline are set rather than waiting.
