A Siesta Key and Longboat Key Weekend by Exotic Car

A weekend rental works best with a rhythm: one day built around the car, one day for the beach, and one for a slow exit. Here is an itinerary that uses a Sarasota luxury car rental without turning the weekend into a schedule.

Friday: arrive and settle in

Have the car delivered to your hotel or rental house, or meet us at SRQ if you are flying in. Take a short evening drive to get comfortable with it, then have an early dinner. Save the long drive for Saturday.

Saturday morning: Siesta Key

Start early, before beach traffic builds. Drive Ben Franklin Drive with the top down, walk the beach and have breakfast or coffee in Siesta Key Village. By late morning the lots are busy, so be ready to move on.

Saturday afternoon: reset

Use the middle of the day for the pool or a break, especially in summer when afternoon storms are common. Leave the car parked in shade or a garage.

Saturday evening: Lido Key or Longboat Key

Head across the Ringling Causeway to St. Armands Circle for an early dinner with valet, or drive Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key at golden hour. Either one gives you the evening drive the car was booked for.

Sunday: a slow exit

Keep Sunday simple. A late breakfast, a last drive and an easy pickup time. If you are flying out, we can arrange the return around your flight.
