The numbers

The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS has a naturally-aspirated flat-six making 493 hp, with a top speed of 196 mph. The Audi R8 Spyder has a naturally-aspirated V10 making 562 hp and 200 mph, and the 2023 R8 V10 Performance makes 602 hp and 205 mph. The Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder's naturally-aspirated V10 makes 640 hp and tops out at 202 mph.

The prices

In our fleet, the GT4 RS is $899 a day, the R8 Spyder and R8 V10 Performance are $799 a day, and the Huracán EVO Spyder is $1,199 a day. The 4-hour rates are $599 for the GT4 RS, $399 for the R8 and $599 for the Huracán.

Pick the GT4 RS if...

You care most about the driving. It is the smallest and most focused of the three, and it suits someone who wants a driver's car on a good road more than a car for arriving at dinner.

Pick the Audi R8 if...

You want V10 sound and supercar performance at the best price of the three. The R8 Spyder adds an open top, which is the most popular choice for Siesta Key and Longboat Key drives, and it is easier to live with day to day.

Pick the Huracán if...

The car is the event. It is the loudest entrance, the most photographed and the one people remember. It is the top-tier pick for a birthday, a bachelor weekend or a proposal.
